Dave is the founder of Prospera Management. He started his career in public accounting performing audits for Silicon Valley technology companies and has since spent over a decade in the outsourced accounting space serving entertainers, touring musicians, high-net-worth individuals and startups.
When he's not running numbers, he can be found at home in Franklin, TN with his wife, daughter, and 4 dogs. Dave is passionate about music, loves tinkering with cars, and is always on the hunt for a good, bold pair of glasses!

Jackie is a CPA with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience across multiple industries, including family offices, high net-worth individuals, startups and privately held businesses. Known for a hands-on approach, Jackie works closely with each client to tailor financial services that meet their unique goals and challenges, providing a strong foundation for clarity and growth.
Outside the office, Jackie stays active by jogging along the Harpeth River and playing tennis. She loves a good movie night curled up on the couch with her family. As self-proclaimed foodies, Jackie and her husband also love exploring Nashville's restaurant scene, especially with a glass of wine in hand!
